Mr. Brennerman is a natural born entrepreneur; he began his career as an Investment Banker working with the New York and London market with focus on Merger and Acquisition. Mr. Brennerman resigned as an Investment Banker in 2000 to focus on his Real Estate and Interior Design business which later amalgamated to become the present BLV Group of Companies, which is made up of several Investment and trading subsidiaries with operations in New York, California, London and Hong Kong and other major financial cities around the Globe.

Mr. Brennerman, also founded an Energy trading business, which maintained interest in various Oil concessions as a non operating partner. In recent years, the energy trading business has undergone major reorganization and restructuring to become a Global Independent Exploration and Production Corporation with an Energy trading subsidiary and became an operating partner in the various Oil concessions.

Mr. Brennerman has a proven track record and extensive experience in the areas of Oil & Gas Upstream, trading and Investment, as well as real estate development & investments. Mr. Brennerman has achieved personal wealth from his interest in Oil & Gas business and his Real Estate Investment business.

He has personally built the BLV business since its formation in 2004 to a number of member corporations with a large number of employees and a number of handpicked Industry Expert Consultants around the globe. Under his direction the Group has owned, developed and managed over 75 highly successful exclusive developments across the Globe in this time. He has developed the organization from a small design corporation to a multi-national lifestyle group, providing every aspect of lifestyle services from luxury customized apartments to boutique hotels.

He has in recent years embarked on the restructuring and expansion of his Oil & Gas business with aggressive growth plan and proposal to partner with other leading independents Oil & Gas Corporation, National Oil & Gas Corporation, Governments, Oil & Gas Majors and Super Majors. The business operates from the United States, and throughout North America, Africa, Indian Ocean, Far East (Asia) and South East Asia.

Mr. Russell has over 15 years experience in real estate development, project management, architectural design and construction.

Mr. Russell’s background includes work in the residential, hospitality and institutional sectors. With expertise including project planning, financing, design and construction administration.

Prior to joining BLV in 2008, Mr. Russell was at Horizen Global where he oversaw the creation of a high-end, $65 million,
8-acre oceanfront resort and the master planning of a $350 million, 300-acre luxury development, both in the Dominican Republic. At The Penson Companies, Mr. Russell directed both gut renovations and new construction for a portfolio of over 20 properties in the New York City region with a combined budget of over $125 million.

Mr. Russell was a project manager at Perkins Eastman Architects for 7 years, where he ran institutional projects in the educational, non-profit and commercial markets, including university buildings, public schools, houses of worship, historic renovations and office structures.

Mr. Russell holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from New York University, a Master’s of Architecture from Parsons School of Design and a Bachelor’s degree from Macalester College.
