Chairman of the Advisory Board - NIH Group
Executive Chairman - Pacific Madison Group

Raheem Brennerman and BLV Group have a proven track record and extensive experience in the areas of real estate development and investments. Mr Brennerman has achieved personal wealth from his interests in oil trading and property development.

With an Honors degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University Of London, prior to founding BLV Group, Mr Brennerman was an investment banker working with the New York and London market, focusing on mergers and acquisitions. He resigned in 2000 to focus on his real estate and interior design businesses. These later amalgamated to become the present BLV Group, which is currently made up of over 30 subsidiary corporations.

Mr Brennerman controls BLV Group and all its subsidiaries and affiliates, where the corporations act as the principals or developer, co-coordinating the contractor and further professional teams. BLV Group (Delaware), Jefferson III Asset Holding (Delaware), BLV Group Holdings and BLV Group International (Cayman Islands) already holds real estate development interests in major cities within United States, United Kingdom & Europe, as well as Asia Pacific, with major plans for Hong Kong and Middle East.  Total development GDV appraised in the $bns.

BLV Group also provides management and advisory representation to NIH Group, a Guernsey based real estate development corporation, and 100% parent corporation to BlackSands Group Corp, an oil & gas trading and brokerage corporation. This asset holding and brokerage corporation currently holds substantial assets built up over recent years from prudent property opportunities.

BLV/NIH work with a select team of highly skilled advisors who help co-ordinate the global expansion plans of the group through a pre-defined strategy.

Summing up his approach to business, Mr Brennerman says: "work or play, it's all about living. Travel is my hobby. In my job capacity I travel extensively, sometimes taking in six countries and three continents in one week. This level of world travel helps me experience the finest products and services the globe has to offer. I accommodate these into our developments, enhancing them all the time."
