BLV European subsidiaries ("the service companies") restructures: BLV Realty Organization (Europe) Inc trading as BLV Realty Organization (Europe) Limited incorporated in the State of Delaware to take over all the trading activities in Europe (mainly in England and Wales).
BLV Realty Organization (Europe) Inc, incorporated in Delaware has registered as an overseas establishment in England & Wales and trading as BLV Realty Organization (Europe) Limited with registration number: BR014399 . BLV Realty Organization (Europe) Limited ("the service company"), is a direct trading subsidiary of BLV Group International ("the International Group affiliate of the BLV Group of Companies"). BLV Realty Organization (Europe) Limited is to begin trading in Europe as BLV Realty Organization, with the city of London as its main Operating Center. The service company is to provide complete developer services including development management, project management, interior design, design management and design architecture. BLV Realty Organization (Europe) Limited will become the main European "service company" within the BLV Group of Companies. BLV Realty Organization (Europe) Limited is committed to providing excellent service and continuing the BLV company`s standard of service excellence, with dedicated commitment to its clients.
BLV Realty Organization Inc, BLV Realty Organization (Europe) Limited and BLV Realty Organization (Asia Pacific) Limited, are all "service companies" and subsidiaries of the BLV Group corporation and/or BLV Group International, providing dedicated and bespoke developer services including development management, project management, interior design, design management and design architecture. Operating in North America (United States and Canada), Europe (United Kingdom and Switzerland) and Asia Pacific (Hong Kong and Thailand).
The current, BLV Realty Organization Limited and BLV Realty Group II Limited are to begin major restructuring. As part of the restructuring, Mr Raheem Brennerman, as a secured creditor to both BLV Realty Organization Limited and BLV Realty Group II Limited, has agreed to the restructuring plans. The current BLV Realty Organization Limited and BLV Realty Group II Limited will file for proceedings providing moratorium protection, and will eventually be acquired by other subsidiaries and or affiliates.
