Compensation package range: Depends upon experience, plus bonus

Fast paced, aggressively growing residential developer seeks right candidate. Participate in debt and equity deal structuring. Manage relationships with lenders and investors. Negotiate terms, oversee compliance and perform feasibility studies on new acquisitions. This position demands technical brilliance, deal making savvy and exceptional negotiating skills. Must be a team player and have team leadership qualities.

Oversee all investor relations, financial reporting, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, acquisitions analysis, deal structuring. This is a ground floor, hands-on opportunity to be a part of the executive team and strategically expand a real estate portfolio. CPA and/or MBA required.
