Salary: Depends upon experience

The Role:
-The right candidate must have the ability to manage multiple residential developments for a high-end clientele
-Able to undertake a concise and thorough due diligence analysis on potential development opportunities that are being considered
-Be able to schedule workloads and programme cost effectively so that milestone dates can be achieved
-Compiling off site development viability budgets
-Tendering consultant briefs and commissioning consultants
-Overseeing consultants negotiations and the compiling of the design & build contract documentation for main contractors, collateral warranties, guarantees and warranties
-Overseeing the design process from planning to construction stage and onto completion and final account stage
-Overseeing the construction process operations on site from a clients perspective
-Make sure that all completion dates are met and that work completed is within budget
-Overall cost management of the development, making sure that all value engineering opportunities are reviewed thoroughly and action those opportunities that do not compromise the high quality and high standard of finish that the business expects from its developments
-Reporting on all cost issues on a monthly basis to the Senior Projects Director.

What we are looking for:

-A hard working proactive candidate, with excellent communication skills at all levels of the business scale both written and oral and excellent interpersonal skills
-A Project Manager with a surveying/commercial management, build management or pure construction project management background
-The Project Manager should be multifaceted with a sound experience of different areas of the development and construction industry
-The Project Manager must have a good understanding of cost control mechanisms and the value engineering process that allow value engineering to take place and at the same time not compromise on the high quality and standard of finish that is required on all our developments
-A good team player
-Experience in managing and encouraging teams to achieve the highest standard of work within budget and on time
-Experience in managing multiple developments
-Experience of project managing not just high class residential developments, but also in Boutique Hotels and Spa/Resorts
-Be able to demonstrate excellent track record.
