London Director of Finance
Overseeing and managing the overall financial aspects of BLV Realty Organization`s property construction and development projects, including cost control and financing, re-financing issues.

Reporting to Group CFO, this role is a hands-on finance position working closely with the UK senior management on a wide variety of operational issues. Financial Degree & Certification required.

The role will encompass the following key areas:
-Financial and management reporting
-Budgeting, planning and forecasting for UK entities
-Statutory reporting
-Managing all aspect of UK operations & development
-UK Tax Management- both VAT and corporation
-Providing commercial finance advice to senior management.
-Managing the small but effective finance department through 3 direct reports including all UK staff payroll and credit management.
