High profile luxury Residential Developer office seeks to hire a well rounded Senior Project Architect for the successful execution of interior design and architectural projects. This innovative Developer is known for unique, unusual, high profile and energetic design work in the residential and leisure arenas.

Candidates’ project experience should be in high-end, exclusive grounds up work in some of the following areas: hospitality projects such as hotels, restaurants and spas, to large mixed use complexes, luxury residential and master planning projects.

Candidates must have a good sense of design development. The ideal candidate will be hands on and proactive, and must work well in teams in a firm that encourages collaboration. It is important to have an appreciation of and enjoyment of interior design as well as the ability to interface with both the internal design team and external consultants. Good communication and organizational skills are a must. International experiences a plus, as well as experience with both large and small projects.

Minimum 5 - 8 years experience required working for very high profile, high quality firms.
